Shipping Policy

Norr House ships to addresses within the United States. We don't currently ship internationally.

Shipping rates

• Standard shipping: $8.00, or free on orders of $70 or more
• Express shipping: $15.00, or free on orders of $150 or more

Your shipping options and costs are shown at checkout before you pay.

Processing and delivery

We prepare orders for shipment as quickly as possible after they're placed. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and are estimates, not guarantees. Delays can happen during busy periods, holidays, or because of carrier issues or weather. Orders with several items may arrive in separate packages.

Tracking

When your order ships, we'll email you a confirmation with a tracking number so you can follow your delivery.

Shipping address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us at support@norrhouse.store as soon as possible and we'll try to update it before the order ships. We can't be responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Lost, late or damaged packages

If your tracking hasn't updated in a while, your package shows as delivered but you can't find it, or your order arrives damaged, email support@norrhouse.store with your order number (and a photo for damaged items). We'll work with the carrier and make it right. See our Refund Policy for details on damaged, defective or incorrect items.
