Welcome to Norr House. These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of norrhouse.store (the "Store") and to any purchase you make from us. "Norr House," "we," "us," and "our" refer to the operator of this Store. By visiting the Store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Store.

1. Using the Store

You must be at least the age of majority where you live to place an order. You agree to give accurate, current information when you check out or contact us, and not to use the Store for any unlawful purpose or in a way that could damage, disable, or interfere with it.

2. Products and descriptions

We try to describe and photograph our products accurately. Colors, finishes, and sizes may vary slightly from what you see on screen, and natural materials such as wood, stone, and rattan vary from piece to piece. We don't guarantee that product descriptions or other content are free of errors. For lighting and electrical products, please follow the included instructions, and use a qualified electrician for any hardwired installation.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are in US dollars. Prices, products, and promotions may change at any time without notice. If a product is listed at an incorrect price because of an error, we may cancel orders placed at that price and refund you in full. Payment is processed securely at checkout, and you confirm that you're authorized to use the payment method you provide.

4. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We may refuse or cancel an order for any reason, including limited availability, errors in product or pricing information, or suspected fraud. If we cancel an order after you've been charged, we'll refund you in full to your original payment method.

5. Shipping, returns and refunds

Shipping is covered by our Shipping Policy, and returns and refunds are covered by our Refund Policy. Both form part of these Terms.

6. Intellectual property

All content on the Store, including text, images, logos, and design, belongs to Norr House or its licensors and may not be copied or used without our written permission.

7. Third-party services

The Store is hosted by Shopify and may use other third-party services, for example for payments and shipping. Your use of those services may also be governed by their own terms.

8. Disclaimer

The Store and our products are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, except those that can't be excluded by law.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Norr House won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Store or any product. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have that can't be limited under applicable consumer protection law.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when they're posted on this page. Continuing to use the Store after changes are posted means you accept them.
